2012 JoAnn Pike Humanitarian Award

Good Shepherd Food Bank bestowed Mike Dubyak, Chairman & CEO of Wright Express, with the 2012 JoAnn Pike Humanitarian Award at a gala dinner in Portland on Tuesday night in Portland.

Over 240 supporters of Good Shepherd Food Bank gathered at the Holiday Inn by the Bay to celebrate the organization's efforts to fight hunger in Maine and to honor Dubyak and Wright Express.

Thanks to the many generous sponsors and attendees, the evening raised $125,000 for the Food Bank.

7th Annual FEED ME Food Drive

Feed METhank you to everyone who came out in support of the FEED ME Food Drive on Saturday, May 5. Good Shepherd Food Bank once again teamed up with Hannaford Supermarkets, WCSH 6, and WLBZ 2 to host the event in 5 locations throughout Maine.

Thanks to your help, we raised 11,500 pounds of food and $19,000 to help fight hunger in Maine!

With 1 in 4 Maine children facing hunger, now is the time to come together with the community to help end hunger in our state. Thank you for responding to this call!
